The winter holidays are when many interact with family and friends… as well as stressful factors that can complicate relationship dynamics: food, alcohol, and money. Practicing boundaries can be one way to nurture these relationships and foster our social well-being. “Feeling dread or anxiety around the idea of spending time with someone is the loudest sign that a boundary is needed,” Melissa Urban says in The Book of Boundaries.
Voting is an essential part of social wellness 🗳✨ Take a moment to make sure your voting plan includes taking care of yourself too! Regardless of the outcome of the 2024 National Election, the results will be historic and impactful. According to the American Psychological Association, two in three adults report anxiety about U.S. elections.
