Spiritual Wellness
Purpose
Often overlooked, a growing body of evidence suggests that cultivating our sense of purpose, identifying key values that guide our lives, and engaging in spiritual practices have a profound impact on our health and wellbeing.
Spiritual wellness is one of the Nine Dimensions of Wellness, referring to the ability to find purpose in life and explore your values, ethics, and morals, so that your actions are guided by your values.
At the Center for Campus Wellness, we take a judgment-free and non-denominational approach to supporting students on their spiritual wellness journey. Each individual may find value in different practices, such as reflection, meditation, tarot readings, and nature walks, among other options. Our programs offer students the opportunity to explore which practices have the greatest impact on their well-being.
We provide connections to spiritual guidance, hold space for community, provide education and training, and connect individuals to opportunities to deepen their spiritual knowledge through a guided certificate program.
