Description

This interactive workshop covers what burnout is, how it is connected and different from stress, and some practical steps that we can take to prevent it or address it in our lives.


Overview/Objective

  1. Participants will learn about incomplete stress cycles, what leads to them being incomplete, and what we can do to complete them. 
  2. The workshop will build an understanding among participants of how burnout is defined, and common factors that lead people to feeling it.
  3. Participants will have opportunities for self-assessment and will try mindfulness exercises to respond to stressors in their lives
