Violence and Harm Support

Purpose

The Victim Survivor Advocacy program at the University of Utah Center for Campus Wellness is designed to provide comprehensive support and assistance to students, faculty, and staff who have experienced various forms of violence, abuse or harm.

This program provides confidential case management to help students navigate and cope with incidents such as sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, harassment, and other traumatic experiences. It seeks to empower survivors by offering personalized support, safety planning, and connections to relevant services both on and off campus.

The program also plays a crucial role in raising awareness about violence prevention and promoting a campus culture that prioritizes safety, respect, and support for all students.
