CCW Service Changes for Summer Semester
Starting May 5th, the Center for Campus Wellness will enter its strategic planning phase for the upcoming Academic Year. During this time, several services and programs will undergo stoppages, reduced drop-in availability, and/or shift toward appointment-only offerings.

The Center for Campus Wellness is proud to offer one-on-one overdose prevention training, complete with free Naloxone kits. To accommodate for programmatic planning this summer, dates and timeframes for drop-in trainings are shifting for this service. During Summer '25, students can drop-in on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays between 8:30am to 12:30pm, students can drop-in and receive a 10-minute training from a member of our health education team. |

During the Spring & Fall semesters, students can drop-in for Free HIV & STI testing services on select dates. This program will not be available during the summer, so we encourage students to review this guide to other on-campus and local providers offering low and no-cost testing services until our program resumes in the Fall. |

College life can be overwhelming—but you don't have to figure it all out on your own! At drop-in sessions with our Peer Well-being Navigators, you can connect with fellow students who are here to help you answer questions, get support, learn about resources, or just chat! May 12th to June 16th, drop-ins are welcome from Mondays 10am - 12pm. *Starting June 16th to August 1st, the Student Services Building will undergo renovations and this service will transition from in-person and virtual support to only virtual sessions. During this time, students can request a virtual session with a Navigator by booking an appointment on Medicat. |
Safer Sex Supplies & The Pleasure Pack Delivery Service | Shift to drop-in basis, service stoppage during renovations |
We believe that all students (and individuals!) should have easy access to barrier methods, as well as sexual and reproductive health information, so they can make informed choices in their relationships. The Pleasure Pack Deliver SErvices (PPDS) offers safer sex supplies including condoms, oral dams, pregnancy tests, and emergency contraception as part of a larger campus commitment to health and wellness. This program will experience a stoppage from mid-June to August 1st while the Student Services building undergoes construction to replace the HVAC system. Please review the following dates to see how supply access will be impacted during this time:

Wellness coaches can help with any area of wellbeing. If there is something related to health or wellbeing that is affecting your ability to live your life as you want, a wellness coach can help you to work through obstacles and help in the goal setting process. During Summer 2025, students can request a session with a Wellness Coach by booking an appointment on Medicat. |
Purpose
The Center for Campus Wellness offers comprehensive sexual wellness services, taking a pleasure-based, harm reduction approach. We recognize that access to education, supplies, and services reduces unintentional harm and empowers students to make informed choices for their health.
Our services include STI/HIV testing, sexual health education, workshops, and access to contraceptives and safer sex supplies (inc. barrier methods, emergency contraceptives, and pregnancy tests).
We are committed to supporting students in all aspects of their sexual wellbeing, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

Safe(r) Sex Supplies
Condoms and oral dams are two kinds of barrier methods that when used correctly, are an easy way to have pleasurable sex with less stress about pregnancy and/or sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Pregnancy tests and emergency contraception can also provide peace of mind to improve relationship satisfaction.

HIV/STI Testing
Regular testing is important to take care of your sexual wellbeing. Some STIs, if left untreated, may result in health complications, so it's important to get tested regularly. Regular testing is a great way to care for the physical health of your body and that of your sexual partner(s).

Education and Training
Our education team provides wellness workshops and trainings for students, faculty, and staff. Foster practical skills and nurture a holistic understanding of health and wellness on the individual, interpersonal, and community levels.
