Starting May 5th, the Center for Campus Wellness will enter its strategic planning phase for the upcoming Academic Year. During this time, several services and programs will undergo stoppages, reduced drop-in availability, and/or shift toward appointment-only offerings.
CCW Service Changes
The following table highlights programs experiencing pauses or schedule changes during the 2025 Summer Semester:
Program | Type of Change | Service Change Description |
---|---|---|
Drop-in Trainings on Overdose Prevention with Naloxone | Reduced availability, time change, date change |
The Center for Campus Wellness is proud to offer one-on-one overdose prevention training, complete with free Naloxone kits. To accommodate for programmatic planning this summer, dates and timeframes for drop-in trainings are shifting for this service. During Summer '25, students can drop-in on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays between 8:30am to 12:30pm, students can drop-in and receive a 10-minute training from a member of our health education team. |
Drop-in Sexual Testing Services | Service stoppage |
During the Spring & Fall semesters, students can drop-in for Free HIV & STI testing services on select dates. This program will not be available during the summer, so we encourage students to review this guide to other on-campus and local providers offering low and no-cost testing services until our program resumes in the Fall. |
Drop-in Peer Well-being Navigation Sessions | Reduced availability, time change, date change, shifting virtual during renovations, appointment-only* |
College life can be overwhelming—but you don't have to figure it all out on your own! At drop-in sessions with our Peer Well-being Navigators, you can connect with fellow students who are here to help you answer questions, get support, learn about resources, or just chat! May 12th to June 16th, drop-ins are welcome from Mondays 10am - 12pm. *Starting June 16th to August 1st, the Student Services Building will undergo renovations and this service will transition from in-person and virtual support to only virtual sessions. During this time, students can request a virtual session with a Navigator by booking an appointment on Medicat. |
Safer Sex Supplies & The Pleasure Pack Delivery Service | Shift to drop-in basis, service stoppage during renovations |
We believe that all students (and individuals!) should have easy access to barrier methods, as well as sexual and reproductive health information, so they can make informed choices in their relationships. The Pleasure Pack Deliver SErvices (PPDS) offers safer sex supplies including condoms, oral dams, pregnancy tests, and emergency contraception as part of a larger campus commitment to health and wellness. This program will experience a stoppage from mid-June to August 1st while the Student Services building undergoes construction to replace the HVAC system. Please review the following dates to see how supply access will be impacted during this time:

Wellness Coaching | Appointment-only, shifting virtual during renovations |
Wellness coaches can help with any area of wellbeing. If there is something related to health or wellbeing that is affecting your ability to live your life as you want, a wellness coach can help you to work through obstacles and help in the goal setting process. During Summer 2025, students can request a session with a Wellness Coach by booking an appointment on Medicat. |
Purpose
We believe that all students (and individuals!) should have easy access to barrier methods, as well as sexual and reproductive health information, so that they can make informed choices in their relationships. For the same reason, we have adopted the Pleasure Pack Delivery Service, a student-designed program, to provide free safer sex supplies to students.
Condoms and oral dams are two kinds of barrier methods that when used correctly, are an easy way to have pleasurable sex with less stress about pregnancy and/or sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
