Expectations
While each coaching session is unique to the individual engaging in coaching, you can expect some basic similarities across all coaching sessions. These include:
- Your coach will facilitate a conversation to understand the reason you are interested in coaching, what you are interested in achieving, and the obstacles that are keeping you from reaching that goal.
- Initial sessions will include creating a plan to achieve your goal.
- Any follow up sessions will be focused on providing support and accountability for the goal(s) you are working on.
- Coaching sessions are always tailored to the needs of the individual, your session may include additional components based on your needs.
