March is Nutrition Month
Hello Nutrition Month!
March is National Nutrition Month! an annual nutrition educational campaign created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and every year this campaign focuses on the importance of making informed food choices and developing good eating habits which will make an impact in your long-term health!
During the next couple of weeks, we'll be talking about a few important topics, in relation to nutrition and how it affects student's academic achievement, and we'll be partnering and showcasing some of the amazing food related programs here on campus such as the edible gardens, the Feed U pantry and some amazing individuals from the community, in our Instagram feed and our blog.
Below are some fun-in person events put together by the Nutrition and Dietetics team at the UofU Hospital, these events will be an amazing opportunity for attendees to ask questions to the nutrition expert and learn how to prepare budget friendly meals!
