Hey Utah, have you enjoyed the sunshine yet? Simply spending fifteen minutes outdoors has been shown to improve emotional and physical wellbeing.

Before the real heat rolls in, try taking a mindfulness walk around your home, office, or neighborhood.

  • Look for 5 things you see
  • Listen for 4 noises (hopefully more birds than cars!)
  • Notice 3 smells
  • Identify 2 textures to touch

and say 1 affirmation aloud. Here are some a few of our favorites:

"I am enough"
"Change helps me grow"
"I am worthy of rest and care"
