We hope you're finding time to rest and recharge this Spring Break! It's important to take time to complete our stress cycles to prevent chronic stress and burnout. 

In the March edition of the Wellness Digest, we're discussing several ways to manage stress and highlighting upcoming opportunities to engage in positive social interactions and bolster the resources you need to succeed as we close out this semester.
